PinDou Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
PinDou provides tools to turn photos into fuse-bead patterns, including on-device generation, editing, materials lists, Focus Mode, and simple export. This version works locally and does not require registration or sign-in for core features.
Free vs. Lifetime: Core features—including import, editing, Focus Mode, and simple PNG/CSV export—are free forever. Advanced features such as PDF export, professional pattern sheets, and 192/256-column grids require a one-time Lifetime In-App Purchase (non-subscription, no auto-renewal). See in-app descriptions for the current benefit boundary.
We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when needed.
2. User content
- You retain rights to photos and projects you provide;
- You confirm you have the rights to use that content and that it does not infringe others;
- You grant us a limited license to process content on your device as needed to provide the service;
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
3. Lifetime and In-App Purchase
- Premium features are sold only through Apple In-App Purchase;
- Lifetime is a non-consumable, one-time purchase with no auto-renewal; prices are shown in the app / App Store;
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID; restore purchases on the same Apple ID in the app;
- Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies;
- If you previously bought a legacy auto-renewing subscription that remains active, you may keep those benefits until it expires, as described in-app;
- Free and paid benefit boundaries may change with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer (except where allowed by law), abuse the service, attack our systems, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The app, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. Brand names in color charts are craft references only and do not imply affiliation.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Pattern results are creative aids and may differ from physical beads. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, or interruptions caused by networks, devices, Apple, or force majeure. Please back up important work.
7. Privacy

8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate access for material breaches.
