PinDou Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information. By using the app, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
1. Who we are
PinDou helps you turn photos into fuse-bead patterns with on-device generation, editing, materials lists, Focus Mode, and export. This version works locally and does not require registration or sign-in. Contact: support@xxbugs.cn.
2. Information we collect
- Photos and images (user-selected): When you import from or save to Photos, iOS may ask for library permission. Pattern generation is performed on your device. We do not upload your original photos to our servers.
- Purchases: Premium features such as the Lifetime upgrade are sold via Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes payments; we do not receive your full card number. We may receive product IDs and entitlement status to unlock or restore premium features.
- Device and usage analytics (if enabled): Via providers such as Umeng, we may collect device model, OS/app version, and feature usage events to improve the product. This build does not use an ad SDK for third-party advertising.
- Local device data: Drafts, history, and bead inventory are stored on your device.
- Support communications: Content you send when contacting support.
3. How we use information
- Provide and improve pattern generation, editing, export, and Focus Mode;
- Manage Lifetime and other In-App Purchase entitlements;
- Analyze usage, fix issues, and operate securely;
- Respond to your requests.
We do not sell your personal information. This version does not integrate an advertising SDK.
4. Sharing
- Apple for App Store billing and In-App Purchases;
- Service providers (analytics) under appropriate safeguards;
- Legal requirements when required by law;
- Other cases with your consent.
5. Retention
Your creative data stays on your device. Purchase and entitlement information is processed by Apple; we retain only what is needed to verify entitlements. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your choices
- Revoke Photos permission in iOS Settings;
- Restore Lifetime purchases in the app or contact support;
- Uninstall the app to remove local data.

8. Children
The app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe we have collected such information so we can delete it.
